Leah Formosa

As the driving force behind establishing the property management department at Ray White Phillip Island well over a decade ago, Leah's  responsibilities include managing the administrative, accounts and payroll department. 

Leah is known for her commitment to excellent customer service and her genuine desire to see all team members excel and progress in their chosen career path in real estate.

Having lived locally for over 25 years, Leah has an enviable knowledge of the Island and is involved in many community initiatives.
