Property Manager – Maternity Leave Position

The person we are looking for needs to be enthusiastic and ambitious. You have an understanding of the commitment the industry requires and you have a natural ability to converse easily with people from all walks of life.   

Ray White Phillip Island provides a diverse working environment and your role will vary daily. 

Your role will include:

  • The management of a portfolio of properties with assistance from a dedicated leasing consultant and administrative assistants
  • Providing a high level of service to rental providers and renters
  • Conducting regular routine and exit inspections
  • Preparation of tenancy agreements and associated documents
  • Lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management 
  • All other aspects associated with property management

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in residential property management (preferred but not essential)
  • A thorough understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong administration, organisation and computer skills
  • Certificate IV in Property Services (or Agents Representative Certificate)
  • Driver’s license
  • Current National Police Check

Part time hours and/or flexible working arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
