Phillip Island celebrate at Ray White Victoria/Tasmania 2016 Awards

Ray White Phillip Island Staff recently attended Ray White Victoria/Tasmania’s Awards evening and were recognised for their contribution to the local community, placed 3rd for the Top Regional Office for sales as well as one of their Agents being awarded Top Regional Sales Performer at the Group’s competitive Victoria awards ceremony.

There are a raft of awards given on the night and Kristien and Leah were very proud that Staff were nominated and named as finalists in many of these fields: Property Management Team of the Year, Sarah Burke for Business Development Manager of the Year, Sue Finlayson for Property Management Rookie of the Year, Amber Formosa for Sales Personal Assistant of the Year and Juliana Morris for Office Manager/Administrator of the Year.

The community service award honours Ray White businesses that go above and beyond in their local area and having a positive impact on the community.

Ray White Phillip Island principal, Kristien, said it was a great honour to receive the award.

“We are so thrilled to be recognised for our community work. We are proud members of Phillip Island and our aim is to not only provide great customer service but to give back as much as we can,” he said.

Ray White joint-chairman, Brian White AO, said a commitment to community is imperative in modern real estate. “The team at Phillip Island represent Ray White extraordinarily well in their local community and have presented exemplary service. This was a well-deserved award and is a reflection of their dedication to and knowledge of their marketplace,” Mr White said.

At the highly competitive Ray White Victoria annual awards, local agent, Yvette Tancheff of Ray White Phillip Island was ranked the number 1 regional salesperson in the state.

Yvette said being named among the best performing agents in the Ray White Group was a huge honour.  “This award not only recognises the success of the past year, it is also great motivation to work even harder in the coming year,” Yvette said.

Kristien and Leah both agreed that Yvette’s performance can be put down to her hard work and dedication.  “It fills us with immense pride to see Yvette’s hard work rewarded at such an amazing event.  We are really proud of all of our team; they are achieving and exceeding our expectations all the time.  The year ahead will hopefully yield some exciting results.”
