Passionate about helping people achieve their goals, Will brings a strong background in education and customer service to his role as a Sales Associate at Ray White. Originally from Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, he has long held a connection to Phillip Island, spending countless summers here before making the move in 2023 with his fiancée.

Before entering real estate, Will worked as a high school PE and Outdoor Education teacher, a role he loved for its focus on guiding students to success. This experience instilled in him the importance of communication, patience, and building strong relationships—skills that now translate seamlessly into helping clients navigate their property journey. His prior work at a golf course and leisure facility further developed his ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Will’s love for sales and meeting new people naturally led him to a career in real estate. He thrives on working closely with clients to understand their needs and help them find their dream home. Friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering exceptional service, he takes pride in making the buying and selling process as smooth and rewarding as possible.

Outside of work, Will enjoys playing golf, spending time outdoors, and exploring the beautiful surroundings of Phillip Island. At home, he and his fiancée are kept busy by their Golden Retriever, Yogi, and their cat, Holly.
